What this is
A free, application-only challenge run by HeroMode. It lasts 14 days, asks for roughly 20–45 minutes a day, and places participants in squads of 4–7. It is open worldwide and runs entirely online.
Applying and selection
- Applying does not guarantee a place. Places are limited and applications are reviewed personally.
- We select for fit — an active goal with a real cost of delay — not for speed of application.
- We may decline an application without giving a reason. You can reapply for a later wave.
- You must be 18 or over to take part.
What we provide
- A personalised campaign built from your answers.
- Daily quests sized to the time you tell us you have.
- Private proof tracking and a comeback flow when you lapse.
- A squad, a Day-7 review, and a personalised Hero Report at the end.
- Human support during the cohort.
What you commit to
- Engaging honestly. Logging a miss truthfully is explicitly welcome and carries no penalty.
- Submitting reasonable proof for quests that ask for it, or marking them unverified.
- Not fabricating proof. Faked evidence removes you from the cohort and voids any rewards.
- Treating other participants and your squad decently.
Proof and privacy
Proof is private by default and is not published. It is used to verify a quest and to build your own record. Nothing is shared publicly unless you explicitly choose to share it. Full detail is in our privacy policy.
If a submitted proof is rejected you may appeal by emailing ismail@heromode.pro, and a person will review it.
Points, Shards and rewards
- XP represents identity and progress. It is earned, never bought, and cannot be purchased to improve any rating.
- Shards are closed-loop reward points. They are earned mainly through verified action, redeemable only for approved benefits, and non-transferable.
- Shards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Where a partner provides a reward, the reason it is being offered will be stated clearly, and taking it is always optional.
- No reward is ever offered in exchange for an app store rating, review or install.
Leaving
You can leave at any point, for any reason, with no penalty and no obligation to explain. Ask us and we will delete your data. Leaving does not affect a future application.
What this is not
HeroMode is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and the challenge is not a substitute for professional support. If a goal you are working toward needs clinical or professional supervision, please seek it — we will decline applications where that is the case.
