HeroMode is a discipline RPG: an app that turns one real goal into precise daily quests you have to prove, and gives you a structured comeback mission whenever you fall off. It is built for people who keep restarting.
How is this different from a habit tracker?
Habit trackers reward perfect runs and punish misses. HeroMode is built around the opposite moment — what happens after you slip. Miss a day and the app gets easier, not harder: you get a two-minute comeback mission instead of a broken streak.
What is the 14-Day Founder Comeback?
A free, application-only challenge for fifty founders, agency owners, creators and freelancers anywhere in the world. One meaningful business action every day for fourteen days, with a structured way back whenever life interrupts. It ends with a personalised Hero Report.
Do I have to post my proof publicly?
No. Proof is a photo, screenshot, link, timer or note, and it is private by default. Nothing is shared unless you explicitly choose to share it.
How much time does it take?
Twenty to forty-five minutes a day, sized to the time you tell us you actually have. Comeback missions are under ten minutes by design.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing punitive. The next time you open the app you get a comeback mission — one small quest — instead of your normal home screen. Logging an honest miss earns an entry in your self-trust ledger, not a penalty.
Is it free?
The founding cohort is completely free. No card, no payment, no obligation.
Where is HeroMode available?
Worldwide. The challenge runs entirely online, so you can join from any country and any time zone. Squads are grouped by time zone and by goal, so the people holding you to it are awake when you are.
What data do you keep?
Your proof and quest history are private by default and exportable or deletable at any time. We never sell personal struggles or quest history to advertisers, and no partner can ever buy your rank.
