Who we are

What we collect
When you join the waitlist we ask for five things, four of which are single taps:
- Your first name — so we can write to you like a person.
- Your email address — the only way we contact you.
- What you are (founder, student, freelancer and so on) — a tap.
- What you want to move (money, fitness, work, focus and so on) — a tap.
- How strongly you want it, 0–10 — a tap. It decides who we contact first.
We do not use tracking pixels from advertising networks on this site, and we do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any sensitive category of personal data.
Why we collect it
To decide who to admit to a limited cohort, to write you a relevant first email, and to personalise your first quest if you join. That is the entire purpose. Your answers are not used for advertising and are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
What we will never do
- Sell your personal struggles or quest history to advertisers.
- Share individually identifiable data with a commercial partner. Partner reporting is aggregate-only.
- Publish your proof, your goals or your misses. Proof is private by default.
- Let any partner buy your rank or influence your score.
Where it is stored
Waitlist applications are stored on our hosting infrastructure and delivered by email to ismail@heromode.pro using our own mail server. Email is transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access is limited to the people operating the cohort.
How long we keep it
Waitlist entries are kept until the cohort you applied for has concluded, plus twelve months, so we can invite you to a later wave. After that they are deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Your rights
Email ismail@heromode.pro and we will, within 30 days: tell you exactly what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, export it to you, or delete it entirely. You do not need to give a reason, and asking will not affect your application.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled, they are configured to measure page views in aggregate without building a profile of you across other websites.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects data we already hold about you, email you before it takes effect.
